NATURAL THERAPIES
Enjoy your choice of one of the following therapies:

  • YOGA & MEDITATION
    Daily meditations and morning yoga assist your ability to heal naturally as you unwind. Enjoy meditating by the river in a bush environment (weather permitting).

    MEALS
    All meals are home-cooked, using biodynamic and organic ingredients. The meals are vegetarian and very wholesome. Please contact us if you have any special dietary requirements.

    WORKSHOPS
    MANIFESTATION WORKSHOP
    Treasure mapping your life through visual images. Bringing all that you wish for to your world.
    SELF-AWARENESS WORKSHOP
    Learn how you influence your reality through thoughts, perceptions and actions and how to free yourself from fear and emotional blockages.

    BUSHWALKS
    Take a walk through the picturesque bush of Lower Plenty. Observe the abundant native wildlife or just relax amongst nature's beauty. A short stroll takes you to the banks of the Yarra River.

    ACCOMMODATION
    Accommodation is very comfortable in shared dormitory-style buildings. Blankets are provided but you need to bring your own linen and pillow.

    DURATION & COST
    Weekend retreats run from 6pm Friday until 4pm Sunday and include all meals and accommodation. $390 earlybird or $420 full price, all inclusive.

    Smaller group retreats can be organised at an alternative venue in Lower Plenty.
