Differences between meditation and concentration will be discussed, as well as the benefits of each practice. Learn and try out different techniques of meditation, concentration and visualisation to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body.

Outdoor meditations may be conducted in the tranquil bush environment of St Andrews (weather permitting).
